Ranipuram peak, located 750 meters above sea level in the Western Ghat mountains situates in the Kasaragod district of Kerala State in Southern India. It is one of the popular trekking destinations in the district. The hill is covered in evergreen stunted tropical montane forest, tropical forest, and grasslands.

The trail starts from the DTPC (District Tourism Promotion Council) guest house, located at the base of Ranipuram hills. One can reach there by getting a jeep from Panathady, 10km away from Ranipuram.

Kasargod is the nearest town to reach Ranipuram. From here, visitors can avail regular buses run by KRSTC or hire private taxis to reach Ranipuram.
2 By Train:
Ranipuram is among the smallest hill stations in Kerala, and it does not have a railway station. In order to reach Ranipuram by train, visitors can board a train to Kanhangad Railway Station which is around 45km from the hill station.
3 By Air:
Mangalore International Airport at a distance of 125km, serves as the nearest airport to reach Ranipuram. From Mangalore, visitors can hire private cabs or taxis and make it to their favourite hill station in Kerala.
